We designed this poster for an exhibition of Japanese 20th century photography after discovering this hugely atmospheric mid-century photograph of cars driving through a tunnel at night by Shinsaku Izumi. A cool, Swiss International Style poster format would be the ideal way to set the image off we thought, hence our restrained typography and layout. We also think it would look great in work rooms, studies and home offices - but maybe you can think of somewhere else in your home it would fit in perfectly too.
