Returns and Exchanges

  • We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. In all instances, please contact us via email at or via our contact page as soon as possible.
  • For returns and exchanges, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and ship items back within 30 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we have received your returned item we will notify you and process your refund or exchange.
  • If a returned item is not in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Custom items, apparel, homewares, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.  
  • Please note that items sent to customers as the result of an exchange cannot themselves be exchanged or refunded and are full and final settlement.
  • Buyers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information we send them and collecting their items from post office or courier collection points in good time if they are delivered to such places. Items that are not collected in the specified time will be returned, marked as unwanted and recycled. Refunds or exchanges will not at that stage be available, and buyers will be responsible for all re-ordering and re-shipping fees. Buyers are reminded therefore to check tracking websites regularly and make adequate arrangements in order to avoid this eventuality.
  • Cancellations can occur only before an item is shipped.
