This poster by the artist René Roussel was created to advertise French railway services to the Loire region, picking out on this occasion the delights of the Château de Cheverny. Interesting fact: Hergé used the central section of this château as the basis for Marlinspike Hall, the home of Captain Haddock in the Tintin stories.
