Arthur Siegel 'Great Lakes Steel' Photography Exhibition Poster
This exhibition poster design features the work of the acclaimed American photographer Arthur Siegel. It features one of the many extraordinary industrial images he created for the US Government during World War II, showing the furnaces of the Great Lakes Steel Corporation of Detroit, Michigan taken one cold November morning in 1942. The sense of scale in the photo is incredible, the buildings and structures are so hugely monolithic. It gives us an amazing insight into just how immense the war effort actually was.
