Shipping

All orders will normally be dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

UK orders:  We use the Royal Mail's 48 Hour Post service, or First Class Post if you choose the upgraded shipping option at the checkout.

International orders:  We use the Royal Mail's International Standard Airmail service, or local delivery partners, based on whichever will deliver your posters to you soonest.

UK:
2-3 business days (free shipping) or 1-2 business days (upgraded shipping)
Ireland: 1 week
Continental Europe: 1-2 weeks
USA and Canada: 1-2 weeks
Australia: 1-2 weeks
Rest of the world: 2-3 weeks

Please note, items can take up to 7 business days (UK) or 5 weeks (everywhere else) to arrive depending on local and international postal conditions, though the above estimates are usually the normal shipping times. Shipping may be slower at certain times of the year or under certain conditions, so please allow for this when placing your order. Buyers are responsible for paying any customs import duties and/or VAT.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. In all instances, please contact us via email at office@artposterarchive.com as soon as possible.

For returns and exchanges, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and ship items back within 30 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costsIf a returned item is not in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note: custom items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.  

Collections: Buyers are responsible for collecting their items from post office or courier collection points in good time. Items which are not collected in the specified time will be returned, marked as unwanted and destroyed; refunds or exchanges will not at that stage be available, and buyers will be responsible for all re-ordering and re-shipping fees. Buyers are reminded therefore to check tracking websites regularly and make adequate arrangements in order to avoid this eventuality.

Cancellations can occur only before an item is shipped.
